Their services includes technical help, internet & email set up, wireless networks, virus & spyware elimination and as well as a wealth of other PC services. Geeks on Wheels have a very busy call centre answering 100’s of calls a day. Accurate reporting on incoming calls as well as real time monitoring is crucial to GOW who pride themselves on their high level of customer service.
