Equipment required will depend upon how you wish to receive calls from your International Phone Number. There are three options for receiving calls:
Option 1:
Download our free Softphone and obtain a calling account. A PC with a broadband internet connection is required. International Phone Number calls are forwarded to your PC softphone.
Option 2:
Purchase a specialised telephone handset or adapter to make and receive calls directly through your broadband modem. A broadband connection is required.
Option 3:
Calls can be forwarded directly from your International Phone Number to a standard telecom phone or mobile number at reduced toll rates with no requirement of equipment purchase, broadband connection or PC. Free network calls are not available with this option
How much does it cost?
As long as you, the virtual number holder, are receiving the call on your PC or a broadband connected Netphone, you pay only the Virtual Number monthly rental fee without per minute charges. If you wish to receive the incoming calls forwarded to your regular telecom phone or mobile as per option 3 above, you will be billed at our discounted rate with savings up to 90% over standard telecom rates.
All virtual number rental rates are displayed when ordering your virtual number. The initial cost of activating yourInternational Phone Number involves the payment of your first months rent plus a one time setup fee listed with the order. There are no contracts to sign and you can cancel your number at any time with a 30 day notice.

Yes! You can have as many International Phone Numbers as you like but each number can only be landed at one location. Multiple numbers can be connected to either a Netphone, mobile phone or regular phone in your home or office. You pay the initial setup fee and an ongoing monthly rental fee for each number.
